Benghazi port

Benghazi Port in the Libyan city of Benghazi on the Mediterranean coast. The largest Libyan port in terms of area, with a total area of 4,400,000 square metres. But it is not the largest in terms of transactions in the country. It has been managed and provided with services since 1986 by the Socialist Ports Company, which manages all Libyan commercial ports.

The port has 18 berths, including 11 berths for general cargo. The port’s annual capacity is 4,000,000 tons per shift.
